3.  You are responsible for any activites that occur on or through your account.

4.  You are advised not to reuse the password of your account on any other application or program.

6. ANTARA FOTO have the right to verify the information you have provided, if ANTARA FOTO find the information you provide is inaccurate or inappropriate, then ANTARA FOTO have the right to delete your account.

Underage Customers

1. In Indonesian Civil Law, parties who can be called adults and are capable of carrying out legal actions are those who are over 21 years of age.

2. For customers who are under 21 years of age, we require to consult with their parents or guardians before using and agreeing to the terms and conditions that apply at ANTARA FOTO.

Prohibition

As a customer of ANTARA FOTO, you are prohibited from:

1. Using products of ANTARA FOTO for the things that are unlawful, harmful to Country and People, can lead to chaos, can offend the moral/religious faith or group that is protected by the Constitution.

2. Perform activities or actions that can damage the system, either by using automatic devices or manually.

3. Spread virus, spam, illegal content, or similar technology applications so as to disturb, harm or even damage the ANTARA FOTO site system.

4. Collect information from other customers in the form or personal information (such as emails or any other private information).

5. Reproduce, download, store, upload, post, display, utilize, resell, manipulate, adaptation, adoption or using products of ANTARA FOTO without written permission from PERUM LKBN ANTARA.

6. The use of photos of figures for publishing purposes other than press, must have permission of the figures concerned.

7. ANTARA FOTO will act in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, if Customers are convincingly proven to have committed the acts above.

General Requirements

1. Monthly photo subscription is ONLY FOR media/news agency/news, not for advertising or other type of commercial agencies and organizations/institutions/agencies/companies.

2. Editorial License (Permit of Use of News) is only for reporting purposes, while the uses of other than reporting are included in category of Custom License (Special Permit/License).

3. Things are included in category of Custom License (Special Permit/License), among others:

- Exhibition

- Publishing (all kinds of books, calendars, all kinds of internal publishing)

- Private collections

- Commercials/Advertising

4. Photos can ONLY be used for 1 (one) time in accordance with the permits/licenses that Customers have entered during the purchasing process, with maximum time limit of 1 (one) year.

5. It is not allowed to reuse the photos of ANTARA for other interest which NOT in accordance with the permits/licenses that Customers have entered during purchasing process.

6. Every photos that being used must have the credit title of ANTARA FOTO in the photo description, with format “ANTARA FOTO/Name of Photographer”.

7. If Customers intend to use photo that have been used for other purposes, then Customers are required to make another purchase at ANTARA FOTO and renew the permits/licenses for the use of photos.
